Most HR internships involve fetching coffee, formatting Word documents, and doing mindless data entry. This is not one of those internships.

We are taking on one intern to work directly alongside the founder at TechMunchkins for the next 4 months. The sole objective of this role is to train you from the ground up and shape you into a lethal, high-velocity Technical Recruiter.

We are looking for someone hungry enough to trade 4 months of their time for a hardcore crash course in end-to-end tech hiring, pipeline management, and talent acquisition. If you crush it, the goal is to absorb you into the core team full-time.

What You Will Actually Do (and Learn):

• The Science of Sourcing: You will learn advanced Boolean logic, X-Ray searching, and how to unearth top-tier tech talent that isn’t actively looking.

• Vetting over Pushing: You will learn how to read complex technical resumes, spot the fakes, and understand the difference between a React developer and a Node backend engineer.

• The Art of the Pitch: You will learn how to write outreach that developers actually respond to, and how to confidently get them on the phone.

• Pipeline Mechanics: You will get hands-on experience running a lean recruitment engine from the inside.

Who You Are:

• You have zero entitlement and a massive appetite to learn.

• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

• You might be a recent HR grad who wants to do real recruiting instead of admin work, or an engineering grad who realized coding isn’t for them but still wants to be in the tech ecosystem.

• You are resilient. Recruitment is a game of rejection; you need to be able to handle candidates ghosting and pipelines breaking without losing momentum.

Note:

Location requirement: This role is open only to candidates currently based in Bangalore.
Experience requirement: This internship is meant for freshers or candidates at the very start of their career. Applicants with prior full time work experience will not be considered.
Laptop requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop for the internship duration. An official laptop will be provided upon successful absorption into the full-time role.
